What are the new indexes?
The Nasdaq Ripple Reference Price Index (NQXRP), Nasdaq Cardano Reference Price Index (NQADA), and Nasdaq Avalanche Reference Price Index (NQAVAX) are distinct single-asset indices created to offer a reference price for related products. The pricing of these indices follows the methodology outlined in the Nasdaq CryptoTM Index (NCI) document, utilizing a multi-source exchange-weighted approach for price determination. How will the Indexes be distributed?
Starting on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, data recipients will receive real-time index information from the proprietary GIDS data feed with the following characteristics:

In addition to real-time tick messages, Nasdaq will also provide the following directory messages on GIDS:
- Equities Summary (Message Type F): This summary will be disseminated at the end of the U.S. and European trading sessions, summarizing the trading day’s activities for an equity index.
- Index Directory (Message Type R): Distributed at the start of each day to provide basic index information.
