Nasdaq Announces Updates to the OMX Iceland 15™ Index

Reykjavik, December 18, 2024 — Today, Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) shared the outcomes of the semi-annual review of the OMX Iceland 15™ Index (Nasdaq Iceland: OMXI15™), which will take effect at market open on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

The following companies will be added to the Index: Heimar hf. (HEIMAR) and Kaldalón hf. (KALD).

The OMX Iceland 15 Index tracks the performance of the most traded and significant securities listed on Nasdaq Iceland hf. The Index undergoes a semi-annual review in January and July.

Consequently, the following companies will be removed from the Index: Eimskipafélag Íslands hf. (EIM) and Hampiðjan hf. (HAMP).
